Services Provided

EquiShip LLC operates as a platform to connect customers seeking equine transport services with independent shippers/haulers. We provide tools for information collection, communication, and connection.

EquiShip is not a transportation company and does not directly transport horses. All transportation services are performed by independent shippers.

Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years of age to submit or accept transportation requests.

  • By using EquiShip, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

User Responsibilities

  • Customers:

    • Provide accurate details about your horse(s), pickup/dropoff information, and special instructions.

    • Ensure that your horse(s) are fit for transport and comply with any state/federal requirements.

    • Acknowledge that all transport arrangements are ultimately made with independent shippers.

  • Shippers:

    • Provide accurate DOT/MC numbers, insurance documents, and vehicle/trailer information.

    • Maintain valid licensing, insurance, and compliance with applicable federal and state laws.

    • Accept full responsibility for the safe and lawful transport of animals accepted for shipment.

Payments

  • Payment terms, if applicable, will be outlined during the booking process.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring funds are available; shippers are responsible for delivering services as agreed.

  • EquiShip may facilitate payment processing through third-party providers but does not guarantee payment disputes between customers and shippers.

Disclaimer of Liability

  • EquiShip LLC is not a carrier or hauler. We are a neutral platform connecting customers and shippers.

  • We do not control or guarantee the actions, qualifications, or performance of shippers or customers.

  • All agreements for transport are between customers and shippers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EquiShip LLC disclaims liability for:

  • Injury, loss, delay, or damages to horses, equipment, or property during transport.

  • Any disputes arising between shippers and customers.

  • Errors, omissions, or interruptions in website functionality.

Data & Privacy

By using our services, you consent to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. EquiShip will never sell your data to outside parties.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform for any user who violates these Terms, provides false information, or misuses our services.

Governing Law
